Overview

Goods can only be returned for refund within 14 days of the date of purchase and only with the prior written authorisation from the Company under the following conditions.

Return Policy

To return any product to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company and obtain a Return Material Authority number or RMA number. All Goods will be returned at the risk and expense of the Customer and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Any Goods returned as ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods and subject to a minimum service charge of AU$16.50 including GST.

Goods that have been soldered in place, terminated or modified in any way are exempt from being returned.

A copy of our invoice and delivery note will be required with the RMA.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and tested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less any restocking and administration fees will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects and only after the item(s) have been assessed by our technical team. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@switchesnstuff.shop and request a RMA number then send your item(s) to the address in the Shipping Returns section.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
